logo for World Day of Prayer
starts at 2pm in Benfleet Methodist Church, 67 High Road, Benfleet. SS7 5LH
Service sheets are provided and the content was prepared by women from Palestine long before recent events unfolded. "I beg you, bear with one another in love" is the theme and beginning in Samoa, people will meet throughout the day according to their time zone and prayer will encircle the world.
This service is open to men and women so all can call on God together. "If my people, who are called by my Name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14
